I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her)
I’m an accredited Sex & Relationship Psychotherapist, qualified Counsellor, and specialist trainer in neurodivergence.
Beyond clinical expertise, I bring an innate awareness to the complex internal worlds we often struggle to navigate alone.
My work is a partnership for the beautifully unconventional. As a queer, multi-neurodivergent, and mixed-race person, my lived experience informs a practice, in which you can stop masking and be truly seen.
Using a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach, I ensure you feel heard, held, and safe. I help you forge a relational path that is authentically yours.
My aim is to empower you to have more fulfilling intimate relationships, by helping you create ways of living and loving that finally feel like home.

What Clients Are Saying
"When I started working with Tiga-Rose, I had just turned 41. I was single (again!) and desperate to find a partner and have a child. I was not focused on the traditional monogamous relationship. My goal was to work on my limitations and traumas, which I did. I'm now in a very intense and fulfilling relationship with one man and pregnant with another!"
- F.H.
"News news news! I had an orgasm through oral for the first time this week!
My partner has always been wildly enthusiastic and totally useless. I channelled what you taught me about communication and got super specific about what works for me. Super fun!"
- G.M.
"I am a psychotherapist and have done a lot of work on myself but sexual desire has always been the trickiest.
Tiga-Rose's clarity, empathy, and broad base of knowledge helped me better understand and claim myself. There's still so much to learn but I feel much less alone."
- T.W.
